I noticed twice int he last week now I have hit a situation where when I am launched from my dent in a ship I can't initiate a in system warp or a wormhole jump.

What I noticed are the following parameters:

-Be using a turret
-Select fighter from hangar and launch
-Can't jump or warp
-Rejoin Trident, Can jump and warp

I've had this happen before too.

Thanks for the report. It only happens when you are in a turret and then immediately launch from the capship? Does it have to be your own capship or can you get it to happen while in someone else's capship?

Considering you can't really launch while operating someone else's turret, this only applies to the Trident owner while controlling it.

Yea it applies to launching from my own ship, when occupying a turret

This issue has been resolved in update 1.8.291.
