If for any reason, you are tempKOS with Unaligned while you're capturing a station, once the 30s in position expires, you won't be able to actually enter the station until the tempKOS wears out (15 minutes).

Also a separate issue, if you get tempKOS with Unaligned, it doesn't show up in the sector message, as you would if you got a normal tempKOS with another faction, so you don't actually know you have it until you realise everyone is shooting at you.
