I see massive NPC convoys (ten or more Behemoth Heavies) jump into station sectors and dock very frequently (every few minutes) but I can sit at wormholes for hours on end and not see anything of them, barring the occasional light fighter. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but it seems strange to me.

Clarification edit: The convoys are the same faction as the station 99.9% of the time. On the off chance it is not the same faction, the convoy is much smaller (one or no Behemoth Heavies). Also, no convoys ever depart.

You might be on to something here. We had a wormhole blockade with mines for over an hour last night and didn't see a single convoy that wasn't CtC.

Those same-faction convoys you see jumping in are those retarded fake convoys that the devs added a while back to make stations look busier, which magically appear from nowhere instead of traveling (and carry no cargo).

I have also noticed that the convoys jumping into Sedina b8 from Latos jump in 4000-5000k from the wormhole. Didn't really notice any coming towards the wormhole either (i.e. sedina to latos).

I bet the NPCs moved the wormhole and forgot to change the signs.

We'll take a look at it.

All indications are that there are a normal number of 'real' convoys in flight, and escort missions available. Maybe we could look at increasing the frequency at which convoys launch without an escorting player.

As for convoys from latos warping into b8 far from the wormhole, that would be a bug; can you describe it more fully? Were you in latos and jumped to b8 ahead of them? Does it happen every time? I'll add it to my list of things to look into, but more info would help.

I've seen convoys jump into B-8, which looked like it was coming intra-system (away from the Latos wormhole, possibly a Sedina K-13 vector into B-8), then they jump out with an intra-system jump, which I thought was weird, because no convoy should jump into a WH sector to not use the WH.

Latos H2 is also bad about that.

Seems less of a problem now...

I take that back...it's still happening. and it's not necessarily a problem, more of a strangeness.
