I'm using a windows surface with windows 8.1
I can log into the game, but when I try to go online.. it keeps crashing.
I'm stuck at the 'entering universe' loader.. or what have you.
Any help is appreciated

I recommend submitting a support ticket. Try to include exactly what model tablet you are using (original, 2, pro?)

We released a patch that fixes the crash problem. Run VO and it will automatically update the assets.
