VO 1.8.267 Bugs
Okay was playing around with the new update, including the (intended or not) ability to carry ships as cargo.
In that way, I found the following things to be happening:
1. You can carry ships as cargo.
2. If another player picks up a ship you drop, the ship is stripped of all addons (including the engine & power cell)
3. If you drop a ship to a player to carry for you, then travel to the destination, pick up the ship you own from the player (that the other player was carrying), it doesn't work well, all ammo based weapons do 0 damage, and are unable to be reloaded, and all addons removed from the ship you transported disappear if you try to remove them.
4. If you use the above mentioned ship, remove all addons, then re-add them, it causes a variety of glitches. In particular launching after doing this removes the engine, where /explode is your only option.

Oh another thing is notice the grid power remains unchanged even after removing the addon. (Should be 8 after)
can we please keep the ability to move ships as cargo, even if this is a bug?

I blanked them deliberately. While it's no secret I have a lot of credits, it's nice to retain a little privacy in your characters.

I wish bugs were more fun, like if transporting a ship caused said ship to have unlimited acceleration or something.
Yeah, we have to remove the ability to jettison ships for this (among other) reason.
