It's odd...i cant turn on the screen which updates the game.
when i try to open it (with or with out short cut) a screen shows up saying:"Unable to connect to Guild Software update server! Please re-run the application to retry."
Now, i know it's not a problem with my computer
a: because of this message oveusly.
b: i tired to update vendetta from another computer, at my high school.

now, the two only similarities between those computers are the fact that they bouth have windows 98/xp OS and the fact (which is unmissable) that they are far away from the server (so it might be an issue of distance.. I'll ask friends if they have the same problem).

Please, please fix this....i want to play....:(

I have the same problem at the momment, Im in .au if thats the problem? possibly routing? Dont think the server is down its showing active players...
Hang on, just got to the connect screen and it timed out

later reserch seems to show a traceroute ending at
tagg-01-so-0-0-0.milw.twtelecom.net (66.192.244.106)

an hour later I was able to connect again, jumped off for 5 minutes, and now its timing out at the login
The OS is linux, glibc 2.3.2

It does'nt help that you are at Australia (i think that's it)...I'm at Israel.

edit: It's ok now...It seems to have a will of it's own and started working...
