This isn't really a bug, just an oddity that makes reading the list of who is on a key somewhat cumbersome.

Currently the user list on a key is sorted by Character ID rather than by Name.

It should be alphabetically. +1

This is so frustrating and time-consuming when trying to find someone to remove them from a key...

I'd just like to point out that the key possessors list in Key Info is actually being sorted ASCIIbetically, rather than alphabetically. So names starting with capitals are showing before names starting with lowercase. Even with that, it's still far easier to find people in the list now than when it was sorted by character id.
