Somehow, with no shots fired, no contact with any ships and no explosions I left Pelatos O-15 with my high standing and then returned with Temp KoS. The only thing that happened in the sector was Omwyfiz shot me as I was leaving (but didn't kill me). Am I missing something?

No idea what happened to you, but I've had my own share of bizarre tempkos experiences recently... maybe the faction system has a virus?
