I purchased VO lite account on my Ipad 2 about 2 months or so ago, I ended up deleting app to make room for something, but now I have reinstalled it and my character is missing, and when I make a new character the game tells me my name has been taken. Did someone else steal my name? I would like to get my lite account back up, and next month I am hoping to upgrade (possibly sooner) to full sub to play more on my PC. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Characters are stored server-side; if you remember your username and password, your character(s) should still be there, I think?

Remember: each account (username) has 6 character slots. Your username is Khelven; you could potentially have up to 6 characters associated with that username. You can log on using the same username / password regardless of what device you are on.

If you deleted a character before you left, it is possible someone else took that character name in the meantime. The re-install shouldn't have affected what characters are associated with your account.

Actually, what probably happened was that your old character is on your old auto-generated account.
Please submit a support ticket that has the name of your original character, and we can find it for you or explain what happened if we can't find it.
