I have just started playing this on my Ouya. There is a section of training mission 2 where it asks you to dock in the cap ship behind the second asteroid cluster to use it's turret. This is the UIT section. I went to this area and all I can find is an invisible ship? I think it is called the UPK Basra or something similar. I presume this is the Cap ship as it is very big and in the right area. The only way to see its outline is to ram it or shoot it. When I shoot it a message appears telling me to stop. Even when shooting it I can not see it's dock, and trying to shoot it constantly while flying round it looking for the dock is basically impossible.
Is this a bug? Wrong ship? Any advise appreciated. Game looks interesting but if I can't get out of training I am not throwing money at it.
As a side note many of the button prompts seem incorrect on this Ouya version? I have not changed any settings and it tells me R1 changes between Active and Passive flying, but it is actually the "O" button. There have been others as well but I can not remember off the top of my head.

I sprayed it with EZ-CLOAK before passing on, that's why you can't see it.

...just kidding. This sounds like a bug that has occurred in the past. I can't personally verify; I won't be getting my OUYA until later this week (just received shipping notification... finally!) but you may consider submitting a support ticket.

FYI, you don't *have* to dock with the capship to get out of the training sector, and there are plenty of other capships to dock with later in the game.

Thanks for reply. Just wanted to try docking in cap ship when nobody was trying to kill me! I guess I will just move on.

Huh weird. I was able to see the capships in a border skirmish on my OUYA just the other day.
