In the VC options the two options; Push-To-Talk and Microphone auto gain control are unchecked, when i try to check one and click ok to try it, nothing changes. When i go back into the VC options they are still unchecked.

Not sure how to proceed.

Changed sound drivers from Vista Sound Driver to Xaudio2, no change. Any other ideas?

When you try to enable Voice Chat, what does the chat log or the console say? The console can be viewed with the ` key.
