I have been having problems on my tablet for months now. Everytime I try to use quickhail, I get a BPS spike and momentarily crash. I have been having horrible lag problems even though my ping is somewhere in the 50s. Now, I get it crashing before the damn game even starts up.

For example:

Open Vendetta->Play->Get stuck on the loading screen->crash miserably
Open Vendetta->Compatible mode->Play->still get stuck on the load screen->crash miserably

Seriously...what the hell is the happening...

1. Install the app aLogcat from the Google Play store.

2. Remove all plugins.

3. Play the game until the symptoms you describe are happening.

4. Open aLogcat and save your current log.

5. Submit the log from aLogcat and your /sdcard/VendettaOnline/errors.log to the devs via a support ticket.

(The log will be cleaner and easier for the devs to work with if you restart your phone before doing this)

Apparently this is the same thing that happened to someone42. I followed him and deleted and reinstalled the game and deleted the VendettaOnline folder.

Are you talking about someone222's thread on this same forum? That's a different problem. My tablet was doing the same thing his was. Apparently it's something wrong with voice chat on Android.

I dunno, I uninstalled and reinstalled and it started to work fine. The only problem is that it refuses to download a new Vendetta Online file :/

Is VO not working again? What happens when you try to run it?

It runs just fine, the problem is that the VendettaOnline file won't reappear.

If you're talking about if you connect your tablet to a PC and view it as a media device or some other storage device, I've noticed that, on Windows, the files that are shown aren't the latest versions.

Hm, Maybe check /sdcard/Android/data/com.guildsoftware.vendetta/files for the location of the VO files now. We moved the files to there so uninstalling will remove everything and not leave the VendettaOnline folder hanging around wasting space.
You can move the files back to VendettaOnline folder if you want because VO still supports that location.
