iPad 1 month sub. problem
I downloaded VO about three hours ago to my IPad and excitedly logged in and bought my one month lite sub. I had already played through the 8 hour trial on PC, and figured that it may take a while for the new sub to go active. It's now been about three hours and the purchase is posted to my account history,but when I log in i am still being asked to purchase a subscription. Anybody else experiencing this problem or know of a fix? Thanks in advance!

We watched as your transaction happened, saw and fixed a problem, and thought we'd fixed your account properly afterward, but we missed something. It should work now.

Hello VO, really glad to join
I've just installed the game yesterday,
I was waiting for long to play VO, now that is on ipad2 is really great !
but I've just subscribe for a 6 months in game (must be the same pb than thethirdclyde)
the last message was : transaction aborted...
but on my itunes account the 6 months of lite Mode play is saved.
And there is no message or notes on my account here.
I'm understanding that the ipad version and support is brand new...
Hope you can fix this.

As I wrote the CTD thread, I cannot start the game on my iPad1. Now I want to know how can I use/commence the free month lite on my PC with this account (Cromwell) here?

Use Cromwell as your username when logging in from the PC client.
@meridian I couldn't start the game on my iPad, so I have no chance to link the iPad to my PC account, or is there a way to do it without starting the game on the iPad?
You can just install VO on your PC and then use the same username and password. No need to get it running on your iPad1.

When you paid a dollar to download the iPad version, it created an account with a 1 month lite sub. You can log into that account from the VO client on any supported platform right now. Based on what you wrote above, it sounds like your Cromwell account is a separate account from your iPad account, in which case you'd have to purchase a subscription from this site to play on the Cromwell account. You can check the status of the account from the Account Info section of the sidebar on this page.
One other option is find someone to send you a friend key that will allow you to extend the trial of your Cromwell account by 14 days, assuming you haven't already used one on the account and you haven't purchased a sub for it either. It might be difficult to find someone to send you a friend key without logging in to the game, though. I suppose you could log in on the iPad account to request a friend key then apply it to the Cromwell account. I assume friend keys cannot be applied to iPad accounts since they are not trial accounts.

When buying and downloading the iPad version (and Android, I think), why is there no popup or run-once that asks the user for a username/password or to create a new username/password and allow them to enter it in? Or am I misunderstanding how it works, as I have only tried it on my Kindle? Automatically generating an account and requiring users to fetch their info on the website seems to be more complicated than it should be.
The idea was to get the player into the game as quickly as possible.
Cromwell, you don't need to create another account. You can use your Cromwell account everywhere.

My trial time is over now but 8 hours is not enough to test the game, so I buy some month of lite sub and then I will see what comes next.

I started a 8 hour trial, then decided to buy the ipad version, but it still says I'm on the trial, how do I redeem the month for my trial account?
