UTC time is 7am (07:00)

Milwaukee local time is 01:00 am, which is I think more correct on this graph...

So, it really just needs to say CST instead of UTC?

Yeah, but that's confusing to the whole non-american world.

So call it UTC-6 instead. Anybody who can't figure out what that means deserves to be confused. Assuming they were too lazy to just fix the code that labels the graph.
