The convoy activity has increased substantially, but there's a problem...

EVERY SINGLE SHIP IS EMPTY!

All of the ships I came upon yesterday were completly empty, even the connies and the tridents. That's a bit ridiculous. Everyone knows the ships should be filled with valuable goods!!!

I myself don't pirate voys, but I came to know this because I usually fly greyhounds to get around. They have an embedded cargo scanner and every single convoy ship I came upon was empty.

Noticed the same thing.

Fill the voys with cargo please.
