I'm sitting in Bractus D-9. There is an Escort Mission that says "Escort a convoy to Setalli Shinas N-12".
However, when I double click the mission and the Accept/Decline window pops up. It says the escort is to Sedina D-14. After hitting accept it plotted me to Sedina D-14.

After taking that mission I aborted it. To see if other escort missions were messed up as well.
It seems every escort mission was having this problem.
