I'm calling them Snowflares because they do half the damage of Iceflares and it's funny. These are the rocket launchers the NPC valks use in the BS missions. They still have the old Iceflare FX.

Huh. I'll have to look up which weapon this is. We are trying to keep the weapon explosion effects unique, so they're each identifiable when they go off; so if it's really much weaker than an iceflare, I won't want to use the iceflare effect. But I might just change their loadout to actual iceflares.
