I play on a motorola triumph phone android and am having difficulties with game sound loading

Does the sound work intermittently? Has it ever worked?

To help us debug the problem, can you install the app called 'alogcat' from Google Play store and run it right before running the game and then after the game loads, exit the game, go back to alogcat and send us the output? You can send it through the support ticket system.
