With Axia, in UIT space. Are the corporations following UIT rules in UIT space now?

Only in Dau, still ok everywhere else.

This applies to both Arta Caelestis and Dau, actually. Both count as "Capital Systems" for purposes of docking and friendly fire protection, even though only Dau has the markings on the map.

In Arta, J-11 and J-12 are capitol stations.
