just got BM2 trasde level is 12, mine level is 8, when i tried to buy the moth heavy miner, it was still in red (+896) at station, I relogged then was able to buy it. Is this a bug or normal?

When you have insufficient standing to buy an addon/ship and then get the necessary faction standing from completing a mission, you have to launch and redock with the station for the item to be made purchasable. It could work the same way with badges.

We will also fix this, so re-docking is no longer needed.
