On the mission "Interdiction". It states you need to destroy 4 convoys, but ends when you destroy one convoy. Then no mission after that. Tried re starting vo even and nada.

So....

The convoys you're looking for don't come by all the time. Try checking back now.

I can retake the mission? Because I didn't fail it...I completed it.

Could I get a map to this tree? Because I completed "New Information" hours ago and nothing has come up after that. I'm not sure where it is going or what it is doing.

New Information is currently the final mission in the tree. If you want to add to it you'll have to join the PCC and come up with some new missions.

Hmm I see, I was under the impression it gave you access to tech. I *was* part of the PCC and for some reason now I am not. So that in itself is somewhat strange that I do not have access to the editor.

When you join PCC, you are only a member as long as you are subscribed, if your subscription lapses, you are kicked out of PCC.

Sucks, but true.
