High Risk Courier Needed
This might be intended functionality....
I completed the CSR mission, then failed the high risk courier, and was presented with the CSR mission again. I completed it, it stated that a new mission was unlocked, and I logged off. Now, neither mission is available.
Will it ever come back? or am I sol?

It will come back after a while. If you fail too many times however, the mission will not return.
