In Odia C-2 *Zetaka Devos hailed but was not on screen or in sector. Had similar problem with Mission Hiding Out in Pyronis G-14 & J-11 posted on another thread.

however the mission should have still been progress-able despite this oddball occurrence as the menu choice should have been available
