Tutorial Mission 1 bug (I believe)
Hey, I just downloaded this game today and logged to have a try of it and on the first mission I believe I ran into a bug/glitch.
Here's how it went: It taught me the basics of inside a station, and buying ships/weapons etc.. That was all easy and good, then it told me to launch and it started to teach me about flying around in space (Very beginner). Anyway, at the end of mission 1 after you have moved around, examined the enviroment and all, it tells you to dock again to complete the mission. Well, I went to dock again and it said "You can not leave the training area until you have completed Training Mission III." (Or something around those lines) and would not let me dock.. So I read over and over the mission log, and did exactly what it said, but still, no results. So, I asked in the ingame chat for help about this issue, and they told me to make sure it was the space station and not the ship, and to make sure its the docking bays not the other ones.. I did all that without success. So I had two friendly guys telling me to try logging out and back in or to exit my client and get back in, still.. Nothing, I could not dock... Then they told me to type /explode, which I did and I blew up and ended back inside the station, where I could complete the mission.
Thats the basic overview of what happend.. I've played in a few closed betas, open betas, early released games, etc. and I really do think this is a glitch.

Just so it's clear, were you inside the docking bay? By inside I mean like being inside a room or a cave - you should have been enveloped on five sides by whitish walls, with the only opening being behind you (unless of course you spin your ship around to face a different direction).
I only ask this because I know that some people have thought the docking bay behaved like a landing pad for helicopters, and they were trying to land on top of it, or trying to just float outside of it. But you need to actually be inside it to dock (well, if you're very close to the entrance sometimes that works as well).
If you were inside the docking bay and pressing enter, then yeah, sounds like a bug.

If yer not seeing the text between the big red arrows, the Enter key is not a docking key, it is the key also to activate your jump drive - which you cannot do yet - so yeah.
