Was messing around in Eo-B3 and an Apu-tech5 dropped a blue crate that had the ability to push me away from it.

I know what your thinking "take your hands off the controls and press space bar"

I did, trust me I had a seven minute period where I did nothing but hold space and try to angle myself at this crate. I got close to the crate but got interrupted by more of those APU-tech ships (which by the way I killed a few more of them and they dropped crates similar to the first one.

Not sure if this was an intentional property of the crate but it certainly bothered the heck out of me.

That's interesting. What ship were you flying, and what addons? I want to try and reproduce this.

Blue? Do you know the name of the crate? Synthetic Silksteel or Hive Nanite Replicators, perhaps?

You can find out what is in a crate of cargo by targeting it. The name shows up on the hud just like with enemy ships. Then you can press the 'k' key to view the cargo's "character page", which in the case of cargo is a description about the item.
