Alrighty then, as a test we had somebody lag up the server in th e usual way while I mined...and my min launcher kept filling itself up without me docking, until I had laid a couple (500+) prox mines in a tube shape, as well as a few of my blue comrades went robot on me(this all happened in sec 1)
