Actually, I noticed it last weekend with the 140.3 (when I updated), but the client crashed while looking for/at the new update download. It just happened again just now, after having been gone since the fix earlier this year.

Do you mean the updater crashing? It seems to do it every time there's an update, just reopen it and it should update fine. This has been a bug for quite a while, I forget which update caused it.

I've noticed the updater crashing happens for some updates but not others. It did not crash for 1.8.138 or 1.8.136. It has crashed on all updates so far after 1.8.138 (I didn't capture notes on 1.8.137, and I think there was one just before 1.8.136 that did not crash either)

Yeah, we've never tracked that one down. Still working on it though.
