I can't speak for the crits because there aren't any right now, and I also haven't found any static queens in Gray Space lately. But I've killed several queens in the Central Skirmish at Sedina D6 today (both with and without the mission active), and none of them register on my queen kill counter. I killed a static queen in UIT space and one in the Serco central skirmish, and those counted.

I don't know if the Milanar business is what initiated this or if it was like this before.

This is now fixed in sectors that haven't been continuously running since before this post.
