The neon signs outside stations haven't been animated since the last update. It looks like all the frames for animation are overlapped on top of each other, simultaneously.

No, it's more likely Beth/GR area. Helios has that huge ass sun, remember?

The ones that are all white are generally supposed to alternate the colors, the "Makchuga" one (on the side of the dock in last screenshot and in the background of the third) is supposed to have martini glasses flashing on and off in different positions (here, you only see the frames overlapping as per the bug), and the "Cha Powerful Weapons" on (as seen front-and-center over a xithricite asteroid in the third screeny) is supposed to have the little ray thingies coming from the sun-type-thing flash on and off.

Lol yup. I think the lighting makes it a bit more red.

What OS are you having the problem?

I'm running OSX, but everyone I've talked to so far has confirmed that they, too, are seeing neon signs like this... so I'm not sure it's a client problem to a specific OS.

I'm seeing this as well, though I thought it was just something caused by my Intel video chipset (I see another bug where surfaces, like station walls, occasionally flicker on and off).

I am on an Ubuntu 9.10 machine.

OK, i found the problem and it'll be fixed in the next update. Thanks for reporting it everyone.
