Capships Fake Docking Unreliably

Sorry I didn't grab my log for the exact time, but it was around 0800 or 0900 GMT on 3/30. An Orion voy from Dau D-9 to Sedina L-2 docked except the trident, which sat parked out of the NFZ, unfettered by roids and flanked by 4 of the non-grouped fighter escort NPC's. The sector never shutdown as Gerty was parked in the station asleep or otherwise afk. After running all the errands I could around Sedina, I was ready to catch a new voy back to UIT, but the mission was still stuck like that 30 minutes later. The final solution was to have someone kill the trident (completely inexperienced at voy killing, I feared losing payout should I deliver the kill shot). It paid out 880k, and my helper got about as much from the 150 combat simulators the Trident was carrying. After the paltry 10k payout on the return trip, even an honest miner might consider a career change...

Odia M-14 has a bunch of broken voys in it.
Numbering about 20 right now.

I believe this is really fixed as of the restart just now.
