Random server timeouts
After a random amount of time I get logged out with the message "The server has timed out".
I'm using the latest linux client on Ubuntu 9.10.
On the ISP router I've configured port forwarding for UDP 21141, and TCP 21024.
This is very annoying. Please help.

I replied to your support ticket. My advice here would be the same..
If you're able to log into and play the game, then something is interrupting your connection long enough for it to time out and die. If you're playing over wifi, that could be a signal dropout due to someone running a microwave oven or other 2.4ghz signal source, so try to test it on a wired connection. Then I'd look at your router and see if it might be overheating or otherwise struggling to forward traffic for some reason (if it has logging, there might be information on hardware resets or port resets). Then I would try pinging something relatively local to you, on your ISP network, and leave a continuous ping going for a few hours, and see what kind of packet loss you experience.
I don't think this is anything on our end, at least we haven't seen anything like this from our graphs or other monitoring. But it could be an issue anywhere on the 'net between you and us.
