When I encounter another player and engage me I can`t do any damage to other players unless they are on a 8hr trial (it seems). The other night Vskye demanded 75,000cr I refused and ran for it in my moth. I hit Vskye in his corvus greyhound with a concusion mine he took 0 damage , because when I heard the "hit" alarm I looked to see how much damage I did and it said 100% still . This is the most recent ecounter but it has been happening since I started playing the game the first of the year , at first I thought it was because I didnt have experience but I`m at licence 10/11/10/8/6 hive2, queen hive2
What do I need to kill other players ??
Or to at least defend myself

First, stop mining, it makes you weak. Then, buy a bottle of RL booze, start shootin people ingame. And don't use no pussy conc mines, use lightning ones.

conc mines dont do damage, at least they do extremely minimal damage, so umm dont use conc mines... problem solved
