I don't do the BS missions often but when I took one today it seemed like there was at least one Serco pilot (with Itani hate) who wasn't being attacked by the Itani NPCs. He confirmed that he wasn't anyway, when I asked him about it, but he could have been shitting me, I suppose.

As an Itani pilot with Serco hate I definitely get attacked by the Serco bots.
