It works for me. I unequipped a weapon with the Unequip button and equipped it again with the Equip button. Are you using any plugins? Maybe you're not allowed to equip the item at that particular station?

Either I never noticed it or configuring addons for the ship now requires you to select a port to equip an addon. I remember being able to simply select the addon and pressing "e" and it would be sent to the next port it can attach to without clicking a ship port.

OH, I forgot about that. I'll check that out.

I can't get the Equip button to become active without selecting a port.
