I've been having this problem ever sinse 3.2.12. I click on "connect" it goes to "connecting..." But it never connects. It i get lucky then it connects.

By any chance do you have firewall software? I have found that with each update my firewall balks and must be told to recognize Vendetta again. Usually the firewall prompts for this, but I've had 2 occasions where it blocked Vendetta silently. Try disabling your firewall to see if that is the culprit.

[edit] Sorry, your post isn't clear due to a typo in the last sentence...you NEVER connect, or sometimes you can? If it's the latter, then obviously it isn't the firewall.

nope. No firewall trouble. I had to quit vendetta then open it again to play though.

Ok. due to this bug, i fully intend to quit untill it's fixed. I cant log on, so i cant play.

Ok I've been having a similar problem. I hit connect and it sits on connecting... without giving the loading message that normally pops up in a second or so. I can cancle and try again and it eventually works. I'd say it connects fine 2 out of 5 tries.

We all have the connect bug. You hit cancel 20 or 30 times, and it eventually works. The devs know about it.

Yep, I have exactly the same thing roguelazer described. It happens especially after the client crashed and I reconnect (after a timeout in other words).

it gives me this all the time... normally I have to cancel about 25 times.
