i cant pay with paypal...after i get the screen with what place you are from and if you come from that place in america (wich i forgot) then when i click pay with paypal...nothing happens..it just refreshes the screen

There is a bug with IE8 that causes form input controls that have images for them to not send the input value to the web server. I worked around the problem so it should be working now.
