Bounty bug?
I'm not sure how bounties are supposed to work, but tonight I got a 1 million credit bounty on me after killing a dude at d14, and then a few minutes later after it had been claimed I got another 867k bounty on my head.
Isn't that a bit quick? And shouldn't only kills within nation space count toward the bounty?

All kills in monitored or guarded space count towards the bounty. Sedina D-14 is monitored (all station sectors are monitored or guarded).
EDIT:
It is supposed to take 7 days before a bounty can get placed on your head a second time for a given faction. If you never got a bounty from a faction before, then the 7 days does not apply.
So, for example, a bounty was placed on you by Serco and then it got collected, and then you killed an Itani, having never gotten a bounty on you from Itani before, you will get a bounty placed on you by the Itani nation.

I feel like a Corvus station wouldn't communicate that I killed someone at their station. What do they care?
I'm going to have to agree with imp here. That is incredibly counterintuitive.
