Got email saying previously subscribed can play free, but won't let me
I got an email saying that previously subscribed players prior to September may play until Jan 1st. When I login though, I'm getting "Your 8 hour trial is up". This is using the one and only account I had, the same account the email said I could login with (k776).

Note the part that says "previously subscribed players". If you only had a trial account, you are not previously subscribed.
Just buy a $10 sub for a month, or make a new trial.

Unless memory totally fails me k776 is still a member of PA, even though we haven't seen him in a couple of years, I seriously doubt this is a trial account :-)

Your best bet is to create a Customer Support ticket (see left hand side, under "Your Account").
Yep, thanks incarnate. I submitted a ticket and someone added time to my account. Been nice to talk with old guild mates.
