Your PDA -> Character -> Accomplishments
I found this bug when Mining.
If you are mining say heliocene, and you are looking at the accomplishments, when you gain another point towards the next one, it deselects the accomplishment that relates to what you were attaining. (I was mining helio, and was watching the helio miner badge, and when I mined 1cu of helio, it deselected the helio miner badge and showed the accomplishments as if you just clicked in).
