See screenshots at the links below. Not sure what could be causing this (could be a plugin). Also worth noting that the server hosting the below pics wakes for network access... so if you load it and nothing comes up, wait a min then re-load.

It is displaying the value and VO's interface is displaying the value at the same time.
Try disabling TargetLS and see if that helps. I suppose TargetLS doesn't need to do that anymore.

I don't think that's targetLS... It looks like the tag health feature of Toaster Crush.
