Took some hive skirmishes in Odia M-14. After leaving the station, no group was created nor could I see the score. The same problem appeared,when I took an escort. No group was created.

The same problem arose with a skirmish in Sedina K-13,but after another player took the same mission, the mission continued as normal,with the score appearing and npcs joining in.
