So, ya. Vendetta keeps deleting my hails; aliases, binds, and all.
Tried setting it in the wgaf.cfg file (or whatever that's called) but it got deleted on the next run of VO.

Any idea what's happening?

I'm Running on windows XP btw

Maybe your harddrive is full or you don't have permissions to write to the location where VO is installed.

I'm sure you know that if you edit the wgaf.cfg file while VO is open, then close VO it all gets overwritten right?

I only mention this because I know it and did this like 10 times the other night until I remembered...
