If you are KOS to a faction and take an escort mission (by being grouped up) the convoy that forms in your group opens fire as soon as you approach it. Is that a bug or expected behaviour?

It sounds like the correct behaviour but I dont recall it doing that before, Perhaps guild reprogrammed it?

Hm, I suppose it's expected due to you being KOS with them. You probably shouldn't be able to take escort missions for factions that you are KOS with, though.

Ray taking a convoy to a place your kos is one of the few ways to get standing back....

Come to think of it isnt the convoy aligned by the station you took it at so you would have to have docking privledges????

Not if you are grouped and a group member takes the mission.

This was a minor point only, if I was a trade ship and saw some fierce KOS pilot coming at me I would not care if they were escorting me or not, I would shoot them to hell and hope they go boom, just on some level it is a bit odd to take a mission and have ships that shoot you spawn which you are supposed to guard.
