no, didn't happen when ramming an asteroid, i was just really really close to it. then i fired off the sheild thing and i heard an explosion and my health went down into the negative 4 digit range.

It may be that the shield turret treats the asteroid as a huge freaking missile or some weird thing like that. Also, why aren't you dead? Unless the code kills the player ONLY if their health is AT zero, then you should be dead. Or did you get lucky with the screenshot? Did you die at any point afterwards with that health?

As I've said before, the sheilds do some really weird wingbug-like things when colliding with some objects..

no i was even able to /duel challenge somebody, though i didn't try checking my cargo hold, that could have been really weird. I ended up /exploding, and i got the 10 second timer, and then no explosion just the whirly thing around nothing and then i was back in the station.

You should have tried fighting: maybe you'd have been undead and thus indestructable.

nah i couldn't move, and the external camera showed no ship, that would have been awesome though, cause i didn't show up on radar either.

be able to ecquipp a rail gun and then shoot people who didn't even know i was near them, or who knows what else.
