8) You still can't dock, or there's horrendous lag between the time you push activate and the time you dock, when a handful of lightning mines are zapping you near a station.

Arolte, it depends on lag for the mines to stop firing at you.
Wrong. I had the bug kill me one time with a ping of 42ms. It's not lag related.
i think it has to do with owner of the mine's lag.
i think mine lag has been discussed in great detail before and limit of 4 mines per person should be enforced.

12). 0 damage does not always kill you. many times i've been in station repairing from 0 to 6000 or whatever.

Limiting mines to four per player would make them useless. I'd strongly be against this.
Oh, I was also the owner of an l-mine that some how took out a blue ship today in s7, which was about 1200m away from the mine itself. Again, my average ping was around the 30s and 40s.

Some of these are know and others aren't. Here they are:
1). Vulture wing bug
2). Stingray Rockets don't have explosion
3). Screamer rocket have very small prox. blast. to get all 3k damage they have to hit the direct center of the ship.
4). Sunflare rockets have similar problem as screamers. They never do total damage. 4 direct sunflare hits on a bus won't kill it.
5). Buyback bug is still not fixed. Sometimes it says error, can't buy ship. Other times it just sits there at Ship Name.
6). Camera Gets stuck after dying some times.
7). Character accounts ocasionally get stuck at loading char.
Thats the major bugs, but they're all really important. Any others out there?

10+11 aren't bugs, they're just things you don't like.
When your hull integrity indicator displays 0%, it means that there's still a fraction of your hull left. That could mean 13/8000 hull points left, or it can even mean 2/8000 hull points left. Either way they would be shown as 0%, because the indicator doesn't go in between 1% and 0%. It's one or the other.
also, when you DO have 0/x, it'll repair itself. The last time it went to 44/10000
I know this were propebly added due to another exploit or something - but one thing that i think is wrong is the ability to take damage while not being able to fire (eg coming out of wormholes or stations). Some say that one should be "invinsible" - but i've experienced several times to get shot down while in this state (not by mines though)...
