I bought civilian textiles to sell at Dau K10 it shows a profit but when I go to sell the cargos it shows a huge loss I bought the cargos from Dau L10

Do you mean you saw a profit in the "jettison" screen? That is only up to the minute, so it's possible for someone to tank a given trade route while you are in transit, and not have the change be reflected in Jettison screen. I believe the limitations are described at the bottom of the interface.
