Border skirmish at time of this posting. Started the skirmish grouped however it seems Deneb B 5 died and I was disconnected. Upon logging back in and re taking the mission I was not regrouped. drazed reports that the Pherona / Artana wh is also dead so maybe its linked? Anyways The bots within Border Skirmish were also not respawning once destroyed.
