I was docked in a frigate (to reload), while it got blown up.
I decided to not buy back my previous ship, but then I was unable to select any of the ships I already owned. Both double-clicking and the 'select ship' button didn't work.

Logging out & in again fixed the problem though, so this probably isn't very urgent.
