Not sure if this is a bug. But is sure is annoying.

I am KOS TPG. When I dock at Orion, where I am almost POS and a TPG voy docks at the same time, the escorts shoot me to bits. However, no SF is launched and if I shoot back I get an SF on my six. That means that they have a free kill zone. And that is annoying as hell!

Added a ticket for it, we'll look at it.

Uh, yeah, this has been a known issue ever since convoys existed. I'm KOS UIT and have been attacked by UIT convoy guards and moths while docking at multiple non-UIT stations.

The SF has never launched for NPC no-fire zone violations.
