So, I logged on in dau on tuesday and decided to pay the newfangled training sector a visit. To my surprise, while the strike force launched and went after me, the vast numbers of turrets in the sector ignored me completely. This included the turrets on the constellation that was sitting around. I spent maybe ten minutes in the sector in total, even stopping to shoot at some UIT newb that logged on, with no response from the turrets. Eventually I lost interest and moved on. And then ran into a rock.

I figured it might've been a one-time thing that fixed itself when the sector restarted, so I came back yesterday only to find much the same situation, plus a bunch of lag from my end. I flew around a bit before deciding to attack a random turret that was decidedly not paying any attention to me. This act did garner some response from the turret, and after another lagspike full of homing missile beeping, I blewed up.

I still think it might be an issue that resolves itself when the sector restarts, since I noticed #PA idling in the station on wednesday, but I'm not sure if it was there tuesday.
